Web Designing Course

Duration: 6 Months

• Master the visual language of the web, including typography, color theory, and layout grids.
• Develop a high level of proficiency in core coding languages (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript).
• Introduce the principles of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design.

Module 1: Design Fundamentals & UI/UX Design

• Design Principles: Hierarchy, Proximity, White Space, and Contrast.
• Color Theory and Web Typography.
• UX Research: User Personas, User Journeys, and Wireframing.
• Prototyping: Mastering Figma for high-fidelity mockups.

Module 2: Semantic HTML5 & CSS3 Mastery

• Semantic HTML: Structuring for SEO and Accessibility.
• CSS Fundamentals: The Box Model, Positioning, and Selectors.
• Modern Layouts: CSS Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• CSS Animations and Transitions.

Module 3: Responsive Web Design (RWD) & Frameworks

• Mobile-First Design philosophy.
• Media Queries and Breakpoints.
• Introduction to CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) and Icon fonts.

Module 4: JavaScript & Interactivity

• JS Basics: Variables, Data Types, and Functions.
• Document Object Model (DOM) Manipulation.
• Event Handling (Clicks, Scrolls, Form Validation).
• Working with APIs and JSON data.

Module 5: Deployment, CMS & The Professional Portfolio

• Version Control using Git and GitHub.
• Introduction to Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Web Hosting, Domain Management, and FTP.
• Capstone Project: Creating, testing, and launching a 3-page responsive portfolio.
