Project Management Course

Duration: 6 Months

The objectives of this course are to:
• Develop an understanding of fundamental project management concepts and
methodologies.
• Equip learners with skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Introduce tools and techniques for managing project scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Build knowledge of risk management and problem-solving in projects.

Trello.
