The objectives of this course are to:

• Understanding BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement).
• Contract Law Fundamentals: Terms, conditions, and indemnities.
• Managing Contract Variations and Dispute Resolution.

Module 3: Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

• Supplier Selection and Appraisal Techniques.
• Developing Supplier KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Supplier Development: Collaborative innovation and joint-cost reduction.
• Managing Power Dynamics in Buyer-Supplier relationships.

Module 4: Global Sourcing & Risk Management
